1. Data controller

Avv. Maria Allegra Camerotto, Via Santa Margherita 44, 31100 Treviso (TV), Italy — Italian tax code CMRMLL85C49C957V — VAT 04647750266. Email: allegra.camerotto@camerottolegal.it · PEC: mariaallegracamerotto@pec.ordineavvocatitreviso.it.

2. Data processed and purposes

The site does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools requiring consent.

When you submit the contact form, the practice processes: full name, email address, optional phone number, selected subject, message content. These data are processed solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for retention of the message beyond the reply, the practice's legitimate interest in defending against any future claim (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. How we process the data

The data are collected via a serverless infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services (EU region). Your message is delivered to the practice's mailbox and retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and for at most 24 months from the last interaction, save where a longer retention is required by law.

4. Recipients

Data are not disseminated nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. They may be processed on behalf of the controller by suppliers acting as data processors under Article 28 GDPR — in particular Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (hosting and email delivery) and Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace, the practice's mailbox). Any transfers to third countries are covered by adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses (SCC).

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request rectification or erasure, object to processing, request portability and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. To exercise your rights, write to allegra.camerotto@camerottolegal.it.

The site does not set third-party cookies or profiling cookies. Your browser may store technical cookies necessary for the site to work (e.g. language preference), which do not require consent. No web analytics tools are used.
